This is the former offshore drilling platform construction site used by Howard Doris Ltd.

Surveying Details

1 December 1988. A considerable quantity of debris has been left on seabed within the limits of the former platform construction site. The limits of foul area:- 57 18 48N, 005 49 36W - 57 17 54N, 005 48 00W

28 June 1991. A local fisherman reports that a Howard Doris barge sank in 1986 in 159 metres at 57 18 31N, 005 48 57W, and that there is the wreck of a pontoon at 148 metres at 57 18 03N, 005 48 28W.

**HH272/350/01 28.6.91 LOCAL FISHERMAN REPORTS THAT A HOWARD DORIS BARGE SANK IN 1986 IN 87FMS IN 571831N, 054857W AND THAT THERE IS WK OF A PONTOON IN 81FMS IN 571803N, 054828W. (SCOTTISH OFFICE, AG & FISH DEPT, 21.6.91). NCA. BOTH LIE WITHIN THE FOUL AREA.
