Pillbox identified from post-war RAF vertical air photoraphs (CPE/Scot/UK/264, 3036-7, flown 14 August 1947) situated on the N side of a minor road on the northern perimeter of the airfield. Nothing could be found of this pillbox on the date of visit.

This probable type 27 pillbox survived at least until 1975 as it is visible on vertical air photography (Fairy Surveys Ltd, Coastal Strip, 7343, 38 625-38 626, flown 25 May 1975).
