OS 6"map, (1961)

A D-shaped enclosure, situated on level ground, probably of medieval or later date, within an area of cleared and formerly cultivated ground. It measures 14.0m NE-SW by 12.0m within a wall 2.0m wide and 0.5m high. No entrance is apparent.

Visited by OS (A C) 4 June 1959; Visible on RAF air photographs 106G.Scot.UK73: 4168-9.

This enclosure is probably associated with the depopulated settlement of Braesgill (See NC45NE 24).
