General view from SW of the mill, with the S leg in the foreground. This was rebuilt after it was destroyed by jettisoned Luftwaffe incendiary bombs in 1941 following the Clydebank blitz. A sculpture representing a sheaf of corn can be seen at the top of the forestair, beneath which is a plaque with the name ' W Heron', dated 1821.
