Postcard of The Shaftesbury Hotel, located on the Seven Dials in London's West End. Postcard sent circa 1915-16. The Shaftesbury was an Edwardian Hotel built to offer budget accommodation to male clientele in the West End theater district. It is the last place Helen's oldest son Joseph Fleck worked as a manager before his death in 1917.
