Three low turf strcutures on the East bank of the Burn of Sorrow. The eastern most (Structure A) is sub-circular in plan c.8m in diamter externally and c.3.5m internally. The walls stand to a height of 0.75m. Structure B is sub-rectangular in plan and is c.7m north-west of Structure A and measures c.9m NW-SE by c.5m NE-SW. The walls stand to a height of c.0.5m and ar c.1.25m in thickness. Structure C is sub-rectangular in plan and is c.5m north-west of Structure B and stands c.6m NE-SW by c.4.5m NE-SW. The walls stand c.0.5m in height and are c.0.75m in thickness. To the north-west of the three structures is a large bank running in NE-SW direction. The bank stands c.1m high and is c.3m wide. Immediately to its northwest side is a large ditch running parrallel to the bank measuring up to c.3m deep and c.4m wide. This bank and ditch cut off the promontary to the south-east upon which the three structures site. Information from NTS (DR) February 2014
