This site was recorded during archaeological fieldwork and a desktop survey ahead of a proposed water mains renewal programme in the area. Two roofed buildings are depicted on the 1st and 2nd edition OS maps (1870s and 1906), while only one roofed building is shown on the latest OS map. This was revealed during a site visit. The building is ruinous, with rubble walls and a corrugated iron roof. No trace of a second building was found.
