A group of buidings were recorded here as part of a desktop survey for the Resolis Water Main Renewal Project (NH 536 070 - centred). Two roofed buildings are marked on the 1st edition OS map of 1880 and the 2nd of 1907. They are shown to be unroofed on the OS 1:10,000 map of 1991. An RAF aerial photograph of 1946 showed a rectangular ruin with a possible addition to the NW. The site is visible as an area of rough ground on an aerial photo of 1969.
