Leading Light (Fixed White) [NAT]

OS (GIS) AIB, April 2006.

Location formerly entered as NJ 4864 6865 .

(Portknockie: location cited as NJ 487 687). On S side of harbour entrance: c. 1890. Using top of concrete harbour wall as base. Small cylindrical steel tower with conical roof and cylindrical ventilator. Simple iron railing. Light reached by footholds set in concrete of wall. Similar to lights at Banff and Whitehills.
