There is a complex palimpsest of field-banks and rig on the terrace to the S of Burnfoot, at the foot of Glenquey. The field-banks form a series of irregularly shaped enclosures, some of which contain rig. In places the field-banks may overlie rig, while in others rig appears to have slighted the banks. The majority of the rig is straight, but there are smaller patches of rig characterised by shallow widely spaced furrows that are sinuous on plan. There is also one smaller sub-square enclosure that may measure about 20m to 30m across.
