The hall to the rear of the property was first depicted on the 4th edition of the OS 25-inch map (Lanarkshire 1932, sheet VI.6) annotated 'Hall'. It was depicted and annotated 'Masonic Hall' on the OS 1:2500 maps (1950) and (1972).
The hall was up for auction by Auction House Scotland in November 2023 and was described as fire damaged and partly roofless. The Hall was accessed via the basement of the terraced house, comprising at least four rooms, leading to the hall itself. Another access to the building is from Winton Crescent Lane.
