Ground plan, upper plan and section looking south east.

RCD 23/1

Description Ground plan, upper plan and section looking south east.

Date c. 1949

Collection Records of the Royal Commission on the Ancient and Historical Monuments of Scotland (RCAHMS), Edinbu

Catalogue Number RCD 23/1

Category Prints and Drawings

Copies DP 169561

Scope and Content This ink drawing was almost certainly produced by CST Calder of RCAHMS, as it bears his signature north arrow. It is presumably based on a survey undertaken by AG Graham (RCAHMS) in 1949, or, possibly, on notes and measurements made by GPH Watson (RCAHMS) in1924. Although it differs from the published plan (Graham 1949), it is likely to date from the same year.

Scale 1/8":1'
