Scope and Content Plans and drawings of dairy at Guisachan, Tomich, Highland The ornamental dairy at Guisachan in Tomich was probably built around 1870 during the time the Guisachan estate belonged to Dudley Marjoribanks, afterwards Baron Tweedmouth of Edington. The outside is Alpine in style. Air circulates from the wire gauze above the main door, around the room, up through the ceiling grille and out through the flêche ventilator on the roof.
