Scope and Content Painted ceiling from first-floor room to west of hall, Bay House, 1 Panha', Dysart, Fife Bay House was built in 1583 for Patrick Sinclair during the time when there was still a pier on Panha'. It was restored in 1969 by The National Trust for Scotland. This ceiling, painted some time after 1583, was recovered from the room to the west of the first-floor great hall during restoration work.
