Scope and Content Phoineas House, gardens and surrounding fields viewed from the West. The house was initially built in the 1740's as an H-shaped building. After the battle of Culloden it was burnt, although the wings survived. The central portion of the house was rebuilt around 1800. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
