Scope and Content In the L foreground of this image is Seaforth House Residential Care Home. Above it, the A9 passes from S (L) to N. The white building above and in the bend of this road is the 18th century parish church of St Andrew, which stands on the site of St Andrew's Chapel. This was in the historical record in 1330 and in use until at least 1556. In 1619 it became the parish church. It was largely rebuilt in 1738 and had an aisle added in 1751. It has an extended cemetery with notable monuments and grave slabs. Ford Park, below and to the R of it, is the former manse, 1824-27, a listed 2 storey building.
