Scope and Content A very wide view of Achnagarron. Just below centre a footpath leads from the track onto rough ground and at the top of the first rise on the right are two standing stones, which might have been part of a stone circle. Across all the rough ground, in the centre of the image, are clearance cairns, round houses, some cord rigs and two burnt mounds that survive from the Bronze and Iron Age settlement.
