Scope and Content This image is centred on a ruined building above the village of Daviot, with an enclosure to its R. The A9 trunk between Inverness and Perth is at the top. Daviot parish Church and burial ground are to the right. This replaced the old church erected about the period of the Reformation, which was taken down in 1826. The burial ground has tombs from the C18 and C19, and cup-marked stones. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
