Scope and Content Bettyhill is a village on the north coast of Scotland at the mouth of the River Naver. It was established by the Countess of Sutherland to accommodate people cleared from Strathnaver, specifically the inhabitants of Rosal, and was named after her. Little detail can be seen in this wide view, but there are extensive settlement remains around the village. Title and Scope & Content contributed by North of Scotland Archaeological Society (2021).
