A piece of hazel charcoal (Sample 4) from a very compact light greyish brown silty sand matrix enclosing angular greywacke stone rubble 2004 forming a curvilinear 0.35 m high and 1.30 m wide earth and rubble bank around Roundhouse 2. Finds from this context included chipped pebble pounders, and rubbers along with chiselled rubble.
