A piece of willow charcoal (Sample EWE51) from the fill 1166of pit / post-hole 1167 within the southern pit alignment. Pit 1167 cut into subsoil and was sealed by 002. The carbonised remains are considered to represent portions of a linear arrangement comprising oak uprights holding wattle.
