C14 Radiocarbon Dating - Sample - SUERC-10629
SUERC-10629
Sample TEL04 30 Context 30 The central of the three enclosure ditches F26, the lowest fill of the recut F29. A sandy silt beneath similar material 31, and above the loose stone and silt fill 28 of the original cut. On morphological grounds the ditch is likely to be contemporary with the other enclosing features. Presumably incorporated into the open ditch shortly after recutting. Unlikely to have survived on the surface for any length of time, nor in the context, to have been redeposited from another much earlier feature.
