C14 Radiocarbon Dating - Sample - GU-3434

WITHDRAWN Oak, hazel and birch charcoal from a floor spread (163/8149) above the floor slabs of Structure 1; the date is later than expected since it should be similar to GU-3130 and GU-3435, although it is not statistically different if considered as part of the group. This date came from a series of measurements which included anomalously old dates, probably due to laboratory contamination.
