A charred barley grain (Sample D1/19B) from the basal primary fill (Context D123) of pit D123 that underlay a slightly shallower pit cut in the same place. The layer was well stratified and showed no evidence of disturbance or mixing. See also AA-47743 (1180+/-50) from the same context.
