Dovecot, Biel: In a field some distance from the mansion (NT67NW 21) is a double lectern-type dovecot, measuring 39ft 3 ins by 20ft with a slate roof and crowstepped gables; random rubble walls with rough dressings, plinth, and two string courses, the second lining with the eaves. There are two doors and two small round windows, also 24 entry holes in a row midway up the roofs. Inside, there is a large number of stone nests, and a potence ladder in one chamber. This dovecot is ruinous. (Datable to the 18th century - cf NT67NE 56).
