Situated at the confluence of the Ord or Brodiach Burn with the Rotten or Silver Burn. Marked 26 ABD.

This boundary stone is situated on the N bank of the Silver Burn, immediately E of its confluence with the Brodiach Burn some 290m SW of the farmhouse at Brotherfield (NJ80SW 75). Rectangular in section, the stone is of dressed granite and measures 0.33m by 0.19m at ground level and 0.75m in height. The upper part of the stone is bevelled, reducing the thickness of the stone to 0.1m at the top. On this bevelled face there are the incised letters ABD below the number 26.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS, ATW). 11 February 1996.

This stone is situated on the boundary between the parishes of Peterculter and Skene.
