Location Notes: This panel, a length of exposed outcrop, is located c.12m to the E of the track leading to Torrs Point, c.175m to the S of the small lochan to the W of Torrs Farm. The panel is position just to the E of the point where the track turns to the SW. There is a small path leading from the main track towards the disused sheepfolds at the valley floor to the NE, which passes beside the panel on the N side. To the W of the main track is a large knoll of rock with extensive gorse coverage.

Panel Notes: The panel is a long, SW-NE sloping section of outcrop measuring 6.1x1.8m and up to 0.2m in height. The lower half of the outcrop has not been carved, motifs are only found on the upper section which is heavily weather. There are numerous fissures and hollows across the whole rock surface which tend to run at right angles to the main, longest, axis of the outcrop. There is one main fissure on the upper half only which runs down the centre of the panel, parallel to the longest axis.

There are numerous motifs across the top half of the panel, which is split into three sections by two natural fissures. There are three groups of motifs which lie within these three sections, splitting the surface into: top, middle and bottom. These sections are all split perpendicularly by the main fissure which runs along the centre of the longest axis of the top half of panel. Each of the three areas of motifs has tight groups of cup marks - similar to the intense clusters observable on the main panel at High Banks (see Canmore ID: 64442, or ScRAP High Banks 4) - and a number of cup and ring motifs.

The top cluster of motifs is spread over two flat areas either side of the largest fissure that runs down the centre of the main axis of the panel. This top cluster consists of: one cup and complete ring with a tail, two cups with partial rings, one cup with two possible complete rings, one cup with a possible complete ring, and 44 cups (one of which is a possible) split into two groups with 20 cups on the W side and 24 (including the possible) on the E side of the main fissure.

The middle cluster comprises a close grouping of 18 cups which lie adjacent to the main fissure on its W side. There are no motifs on the E side of this section.

The lower section has motifs on both the E and W side of the main fissure, but those on the E side are more weathered. All of the motifs in the lower section include: a cup with a tail, one cup with two complete rings, one cup with one complete ring and a tail, one possible cup and complete ring, two possible cups with partial rings, a set of three conjoined cups, a pair of parallel grooves, and 32 cups (nine of which are possible). One of these cups sits on an outlying section of triangular shaped outcrop to the N of the main upper area.

The total motif count across the whole panel is: 2 cups with two complete rings (1 possible), 2 cups with a single complete ring and tail, 2 cups with a possible complete ring, 4 cups with partial rings, 1 cup with a tail, 1 set of three conjoined cups, a pair of parallel grooves and 94 solo cups (of which 10 are possible).
