A possible pillbox forming part of the radar station defences, is shown on the OS 1:2500 scale digital map.

A brick and concrete type 24 pillbox is situated 67m SW of the main transmitter block (NJ96SW 30.01). The pillbox formerly stood on the metal fence line which has now been removed.

The pillbox measures about 7.9m across at its widest point with the entrance from NNE (inside the perimeter fence).
