A brick and concrete type 24 pillbox is siuated on the S side of the minor road from Hillhead farmhouse to Whitewells bungalow. It measures about 6.2 overall with an entrance on the S side.

It formerly stood on the metal perimeter fence line, but this section has now been removed though a surviving length can be seen immediately to the NW.
