HOUSEBOAT
A vessel constructed or adapted for permament or semi-permanent residential occupation, and typically found on inland waterways. Such vessels are unpowered and unseaworthy, and may have fitted mains services. They should be differentiated from accommodation hulks (converted warships) in military service.
