Activities

Reference (1961)

Two medieval crosses set into Kirkpatrick House (NY27SE 23) are probably derived from Kirkpatrick-Fleming parish church (NY27SE 27.00), which was rebuilt about 1791.

Field Visit (29 August 1993)

In the grounds of, and incorporated in re-use into the outbuildings of, Kirkpatrick House (NY27SE 23) there are the following stones:

NY27SE 31.01 2752 7016 a floriate cross

NY27SE 31.02 2748 7014 a Maltese cross

NY27SE 31.03 2752 7014 a portion of a cross-shaft and its base.

Kirkpatrick House was the former manse of Kirkpatrick-Fleming.
