Archaeology Notes

NX98SE 24 c. 98 81.

Many 'written stones', suggesting the existence of a druidical temple, are to be found just to the west of Kirk Holm, a 'flat and plain-lying field' to the northward of the church of Kilblane (NX98SE 14).

(The author regards cairns and circles alike as 'druidical temples').
