A short visit was made to the island in late February 2010 by RCAHMS to undertake a rapid photographic survey.
This gun emplacement is situated on the N side of the island and has a four storey Battery Observation Post immediately to the S of the gun pit. The concrete canopy has been pushed in onto the gun pit.
