Swing-bridge [NAT

OS 1:10,000 map, 1993.

Constructed in 1906, only one of two surviving in Scotland. This was not visited by the survey team.

Site recorded by GUARD during the Coastal Assessment Survey for Historic Scotland, 'The Firth of Forth from Dunbar to the Coast of Fife' 1996.

This swing bridge carries railway tracks and a road across the main axis of Grangemouth Docks between the Western Channel (NS98SW 7.08) and Carron Dock (NS98SW 7.10), to the E and W respectively.
