The most northerly structures of the mill situated between the Craignafeoch Burn and the lade (NR97SE 24.09).
Within this area the remains of mixing and glazing houses, stores, dusting house and powder mills with the most northerly building being the granulating house. The tramway ended at the granulating house.
All that survives of the granulating house (c.NR 9564 7128), are foundations and a waterwheel pit. The remains of the glazing houses (c.NR 9576 7119) are overgrown, with only remnants of a brick pier visible. The remains of the dusting house (c.NR 9561 7115) are situated on the E side of the site and adjacent to the Craignafeoch Burn are heavily overgrown, but the remains of a lade and concrete and brick foundations were visible. One powder mill was recorded (c.NR 9571 7113), where only overgrown heaps and mounds with some concrete and brick survive as the only evidence of this building.
