25 January 1975. A small yacht was wrecked near Rudha Sconash, Islay in 55 39 27N, 006 04 27W. There is little left. It lies at a depth of 2.4 metres.

Rubha Sconash is not noted on the 1999 edition of the OS 1:50,000 map. The location indicated falls within Loch a' Chnuic [name centred NR 439 478], a small embayment projecting into the SE coast of Islay to the NE of Kildalton House (NR44NW 41.00, at NR 43680 47526).
This wreck is not indicated on UKHO chart no. 2168 (1977, amended 1989).
