This mound, composed of earth and stone, is almost certainly a cairn. It is 14.5m in diameter, 1.1m high and is well preserved with no evidence of mutilation.

Numerous tree stumps, both on the mound and to the N on widely spaced tree-planting ridges, (4.0m wide and 0.3m high),indicate that the ridge was formerly under woodland.
