St Ninian's Well - Tobar Ninian (Scott et al 1915-61) is situated near to Kilninian parish church (NM34NE 15).

J MacCormick 1923; H Scott et al 1915-61.

St Ninian's Well is some 55m N of the church at the end of a path. The well is now overgrown but a stone structure built over it can still be seen. It is said locally to have been used for baptisms. Name 'Tobar Ninian' confirmed.

Surveyed at 1:2500.
