Nothing is visible of the steading of this croft, which appears to have comprised a cottage standing to the NW of what is now a forest road, and a range to the SE, both now lying within a dense conifer plantation.
The steading is first depicted on the 2nd edition of the OS 6-inch map (Aberdeenshire 1901, sheet lxv.SE).
