See also NJ72NW 118.

Rig-and-furrow is visible in a narrow strip of ground between the SW driveway to Pitcaple House (NJ72NW 10) and the stone wall that marks the edge of the policies. The rigs measure up to 9m in breadth and are aligned NW and SE. They probably once extended SE to form part of a single area of cultivation incorporating another area of rig (NJ72NW 118) on the opposite side of both the railway and the A96(T) public road some 50m to the SE.

Visited by RCAHMS (JRS, SPH) 12 June 1996.
