ND23NW 13 centred 2058 3500.
Centred ND 2058 3501, close by an old stream bed, three small, turf-covered mounds, some 2.0m, 1.5m, and 1.0m high respectively, contain large quantities of burnt stones - undoubtedly burnt mounds. Surveyed at 1:2500.

Burnt mounds A and B, at ND 2057 3500 and ND 2058 3501 respectively, are kidney-shaped, measuring 20.0m NE-SW by 10.0m transversely. The other example, C, at ND 2059 3500, measures 11.0m E-W by 5.0m transversely.

Scheduled with ND23NW 11, ND23NW 12, ND23NW 37 and ND23SW 6, ND23SW 9, ND23SW 21, ND23SW 22, ND23SW 24, ND23SW 25 as Forse House, settlement, field system, burnt mounds and cairns... an extensive area of remains, including those of deserted farmsteads ... together with associated cultivation remains of various dates, small cairns and burnt mounds.'
