ND05NW 24 0322 5883

At ND 0322 5881, situated adjacent to the Allt Torigil, is a burnt mound, discovered by the previous field OS investigator (R D) 9 November 1964. It is a turf-covered, oval mound measuring 12.5m E-W by 5.5m transversely and 1.3m high. Pot boilers protrude from the W side. The mound is probably associated with the hut circles to the N (ND05NW 14). Surveyed at 1:10,000.
