The remains of two earth banked E-shaped dispersal bays and at least one concrete aircraft hangar base have been identified from oblique aerial views (RCAHMSAP 2008). They are situated on the E side of the airfield immediately SW of Moan farmstead.
Clealry visible are the dispersal bays and the concrete bases along with the tracks leading to them. The remains are also depicted on the current OS digital maps.
