This radar site is situated W of Clett c.15m N of the source of Breiwick Burn. The site is constructed of brick and concrete and formed part of the British Isles radar cover.

A Chain Home Low radar station.

Information from Mr I Brown, October 1998

This Chain Home Radar station is visible on vertical air photographs (OS 67 180, 4 507- 4 508, fown 12 June 1967).

The radar site extends for about 325m over the SW-facing slope of Ward of Clett and is situated at the end of an wartime extenson to the track from Clett.

Visible on the the photographs are the engine room (HU 55114 61532), Transmitter/Receiver Tx/Rx block (HU 55032 61481) and the local accommodation camp (centred HU 5944 61338). One further upstanding building is at HU 54933 61391.
