Bank Street Former Jail (now office of Feisean nan Gaidheal), J. Gillespie Graham, 1800 Built for Lord Macdonald for £500, this is the solitary three-bay house visible in Daniell's print. It is now flanked by Peddie & Kinnear's Free Church (originally UP), 1860, and the Skye Gathering Hall, 1879, a brooding, crowstepped hall, revamped by James Mackenzie, c.1900.
