Archaeology Notes

ND49SE 1 4707 9084

A symbol stone at one time the sill of a window at St Peter's Church, is now in the National Museum of Antiquities of Scotland (NMAS Accession no.IB 2). It is a rectangular slab of sandstone 5ft long by 1ft 7in wide by 3 1/4in thick and is sculptured on two faces.
