Standing Building Recording (12 May 2014 - 13 May 2014)

NO 51280 16680 A Level 2 building survey was carried out, 12– 13 May 2014, during refurbishment of the Category A house at 3 South Street. This 16/17th-century house has undergone considerable alteration and additions, with extensive modern work on the NW part of the building. Evidence of a possible earlier structure, two stone walls, one with a rolled moulded doorway, was noted at the rear of the property.
