Ailbhinn Chaigh, 'Keith's Stone or Rock' marks the spot where one of the Earls of Sutrherland slew his brother.

Name Book, Sutherland 1873.

According to Gordon, writing c. 1630, John, a 15th-century Earl of Sutherland, slew his nephew, Keath, at Aylen-Kheaigh 'that is Kaith his bush'.
