Archaeology Notes

NH85SE 45 8613 5150

(Location cited as NH 862 515). Royal Brackla Distillery, founded 1812 by Captain William Fraser, rebuilt 1890. Most of the buildings are modern, but there is a handsome late 19th to early 20th century range of four bays of bonded stores with low-pitched roofs and segmental-arched doorways.

J R Hume 1977.
