Two storey hackle shop for Nursery Mills, 1822-6, with rear stair and blocked locations for extractor fans, showing that hand heckling continued relatively recently. Two storey warehouses of Orchard Mill with roof ventilators to north and the base of the chimney of John St Mill is north again. Orchard/ John St split these mills into two, and the larger part of each has been demolished. In Lindsay Street are parts of Bank Mill and in Lordburn Street is the mullioned rear of a warping loft.
